Carpet Tack Strips: Aluminum Carpet Strip

Halex Aluminum Carpet Tack Strip was developed for use in areas were water or termites may damage traditional plywood carpet tack strip. Due to its very short pin height (1/8”), it is also used to install short pile carpets. Aluminum Carpet Tack Strip comes in four foot lengths and is constructed of 100% high strength aluminum. Each length contains more than 240 pins that are angled toward the wall for easier hooking and and a stronger hold. Each piece is one inch wide and contains nail holes every three inches for easy nailing, as well as a groove for an adhesive bead if nailing is not feasible.
